I am an Extension Educator. I am certified by the National Restaurant Association as an instructor/proctor to certify food service personnel in food safety. My areas of expertise are food safety, Nebraska Cottage Foods, health and wellness. I work with restaurant managers, child care providers, school lunch professionals and anyone who serves/prepares food for others. I also provide school enrichment classes. I work with Nebraska Cottage Food producers to fulfill their requirements to sell food from their homes. Social media and supporting local agriculture is also a big part of my job!
