I am a Food, Nutrition & Health/SNAP-Ed Extension Educator. My work is supported by a contract with Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to deliver the program Go NAPSACC. This program pairs consultants with childcare providers across Nebraska to make improvements in best practices related to healthy eating, physical activity, and infant feeding within the childcare setting.
