I’m a registered dietitian with the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). EFNEP uses education to support participants’ efforts toward self-sufficiency, nutritional health, and well-being. EFNEP utilizes both direct education and community engagement strategies to teach, reinforce, and support changes that people are making in their lives.
