Sarah Polak

I serve as the Experience Coordinator for Raising Nebraska. This means that I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of and event scheduling at Raising Nebraska - including field trips and the Nebraska State Fair. I am lucky enough to talk about food and the families who grow it, all day every day. My professional experiences are in the areas of museum administration and higher education. My interests include bio-based products, weaving/fiber arts, and history.
