As a state level Extension Educator and co-leader of the Nutrition Education Program (NEP), my primary responsibilities are to ensure grant funds are spent correctly and we are meeting the deliverables and expectations of the respective grants. As a Registered Dietitian, I provide nutrition expertise in the areas of prenatal/maternal and youth nutrition, physical activity, food safety, food resource management, school wellness, and childhood obesity.
