Ashlynn Nikodym

Ashlynn is an Extension Associate with the Nutrition Education Program. Her focus is working with youth and adults to provide lessons on MyPlate, physical activity, and healthy food and beverage choices, among other topics. Ashlynn is a certified CATCH Kids Club Curriculum trainer. She also works with the Growing Together Nebraska grant that donates garden fresh fruits and vegetables to a local shelter and community clinic.
