Jill LingardPhD

Dr. Jill Lingard is an Extension Professor for 4-H Youth Development. She provides state and national leadership to strategic planning and evaluation for Extension and Youth Development programs through her roles at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and with National 4-H Council. Her research and evaluation work has largely focused on assessing youth program impacts in the areas of positive youth development, STEM, healthy living, college and career readiness and agricultural literacy. Dr. Lingard has also worked with a diverse clientele of organizations to improve their outreach through intentional program planning, Logic Model development and effective and efficient assessment strategies.
