I am a Registered Dietitian within the Nutrition Education Program (NEP) of the Douglas-Sarpy County Extension Office. I primarily serve the community as a Consultant within both the Go NAPSACC (Nutrition and Physical Activity Self Assessment for Child Care) Program, and the Eat Family Style Dining Program. Within these programs the missions are to assist Child Care Directors and staff in ways that through their actions and teachings, will reduce childhood obesity and increase physical activity, as well as teach responsive feeding practices. I also teach adult and young adult nutrition and physical activity class curriculum.
