Steve Comfort is a soil and water chemist and professor in the School of Natural Resources (SNR).
Steve is a member of the environmental science faculty in SNR and contributes to the Environmental Science major at UNL.
His interests are in understanding the fate and transport of organic chemicals in the environment and devising remediation strategies for contaminated soil and water. His recent research has been devoted to improving the water quality of urban ponds.
