Erin is a Livestock Systems Extension Educator serving southwest Nebraska. She received her B.S. in Nutrition from The Ohio State University and her M.S. in Animal Science with a focus on ruminant nutrition from South Dakota State University.
Erin's Extension work focuses primarily on beef cattle nutrition and management. Key programs that she is involved with include the Stocker-Yearling Program/Tour and Fundamentals of Feeding the Cow webinar series. Erin also has a passion for teaching youth about beef production in Nebraska and the importance of the beef industry to the state's economy.
