Kate PulecMS
Kate provides positive youth development programs to youth through 4-H, including: school enrichment programs, College & Career Success (including Next Chapter and Connecting the Dots), Ag. Literacy Festivals, Embryology, and 4-H program areas including Horses, Rabbits, Shooting Sports, Prepared Speech and Radio PSA contests.
Kate is a member of the NCEA (chair of technology committee), Nebraska 4-H Horse Advisory Committee (chair of rulebook sub-committee and co-chair of volunteer relations sub-committee), Extension Horses (https://horses.extension.org), serves on the Premiere Communication Event (PCE) team, serves as a superintendent at Stampede contests and a superintendent the State 4-H Horse Expo Show.
